Collin A. Garner

Collin A. Garner is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice. Mr. Garner is active principally in the firm’s general corporate practice, concentrating in corporate formation and organizational issues, the acquisition and disposition of companies and their assets, federal and state securities compliance, corporate governance matters and employment issues.

Mr. Garner received his law degree from the Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law where he served on the Mercer Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Garner received his degree in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia where he graduated magna cum laude.

Mr. Garner was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2008.
