Kyle W. Brent

Kyle W. Brent is an associate in the firm’s civil and commercial litigation. Mr. Brent is active principally in the firm’s corporate and business litigation practice, concentrating in business disputes, contract enforcement/defense, dispute resolution, account collection, business torts, fraud, shareholder disputes and international litigation.

Mr. Brent received his law degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in Washington, D.C. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Brent received his BA in English from the University of Georgia where he graduated cum laude.

Mr. Brent was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2007. He is also admitted to the Supreme Court of Georgia, the 11th Circuit Northern District of Georgia, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
