Tristan Morrison

Mr. Morrison is a commercial, employment, and labor litigation attorney, with a practice spanning coast to coast. Mr. Morrison represents a variety of clients in matters of employment discrimination, compliance with labor law, and general litigation. He is experienced in the defense of businesses and the representation of private individuals before numerous governmental agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Georgia Commission on Equal Opportunity (GCEO), and the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Prior to joining Joyce, Thrasher, Kaiser & Liss, LLC, Mr. Morrison was an associate at an Atlanta-based firm, handling a broad range of employment disputes. Mr. Morrison is experienced in the litigation of discrimination claims based on race, color, national origin, sex, gender, religion, age, veteran status, and disability. Mr. Morrison advises clients on wage and hour law, anti-competition and solicitation agreements, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. He is also experienced in matters of workers’ compensation. Although Mr. Morrison is primarily involved with the Georgia Bar, Mr. Morrison is also admitted to practice law in California, and he has worked at one of the oldest and most prestigious law firms in California’s Central Valley.

Mr. Morrison graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. As a law student, he acted as an articles editor from the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, and he received the Cali Excellence Award for legal research and writing. Mr. Morrison is an attorney in good standing, admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Georgia and California.
